I haven't been paying a lot of attention, are things still running with flyryde or not? I was talking to ursonvs about his cf hood he got.

If not it's cool, I'll just pickup one of the VIS cf "Invader" hoods like regit has on his orange tib.

If theres no cf I'd even be interested in a fg if the price was right.

thanks

Yes they are. I was talking to Chris not to long ago about them and he can still get them. I am getting one in CF as well as soon as I can pay for one.

Are the hoods on that link (the evo ones) available for an RD2? I read a few pages but couldnt find that info. And is it trustworthy to buy from him? And does anyone have pics of it installed on an RD2 if its available?

I'll post the pics of this up again. Yes I'm resuming business finally this month, as I'm investing about 1500 into the software that runs FlyRyde.com to make sure its all fixed up. I had to wait until I got my tax money back to really get things cleaned up for the site, and it should be a huge impact on the success of my company. But yeah, everything that ever was available, is still available, aside from angel eyes and stuff I hand make.

And do you know if Flyride has gotten better? I read the last 3 pages of that thread and no one said whether the last 3 hoods were ever recieved or if the latch problem was fixed.

I will be looking for a new hood near the end of summer and am considering an Evo hood but I dont want to deal with all the issues people have had with them.

Ive gotten quite a few things from Chris with no issues at all. When he gets back to my last PM about cost I will not hesitate to send over money for the hood as soon as I have it available. He was excellent when it came to getting my Koyo radiator and Quaife LSD.

Plus, the mold for the evo hood came from my stock hood so I gotta get in on that!

Eric should have his ordered this week, and we'll be able to judge from that how my manufacturer does this time around.
