Gb: Rd1 Cadamuro Hood
I'm assuming the hood (fiberglass) will simply be a swap with the old one, and have everything you need to install it (latch hook, etc...)
After, i get it painted that is. Also will it come primed?

I doubt it, but I will find out. I haven't sold any FlyRyde hoods in FG? So I have no experience to go by. Anyone care to help me find out?
hehe.
But yeah, you get the hood, the WELL built latch, and the bolts screwed into the threaded holes in the hood. The new CF ones are CRAZY nice quality. I'm stoked about em, so I gotta get a new FG for my wifes tib. I want to hook it up and sell it. I figure at my cost on product invested into the car, I should be able to fetch like 5000 for it with a new engine, paint, body, rims, radio, and custom lighting. What do you guys think?

Sorry about all the?'s, but i think these are the last ones. What is the quality like of the fiberglass hoods (not sure how good carbon fiber will look with my paint). Lastly, will the hoods have all the holes etc., to install the weatherstriping, and the soft cardboard stuff, whatever it's called smile.gif ? If you know...

Uhm, the quality will be very high. Everything Flyrydes makes is.
CF is great, and you CAN paint it you know.
As for holes...
No.
You don't need any of that stuff.

Guys all FlyRyde products are meant to cater to everyone, so no holes EVAH. No washer holes, no underside holes for padding and all that. BUT, you can easily drill those holes out yourself. Maybe somebody can work with me to get a template done to get exact hole locations for when you drill.
But yeah, there wont be anything, as I dont want holes, and I know lots of my other guys dont, so I can force them to have them. This is the only workable situation. One drill+1 hour = washer holes and hoodpins. Two holes and the same for hood pins= lots of time with sanding and bondo. No bueno.

Is the hood scoop real (actually a hole venting the engine) or is it just to look good?
Oh, and i'm able to pay now so can i send the money, or should i wait until you have more info, like shipping, etc?
Thanks!

Reading the threads on this would own you.
Yes, it's an ACTUAL VENT.
