it sounds like a good plan man. i was mentioning how the previous layout looked good. i also think it would be nice to have simple shapes of categories instead of real pictures. have themes, like one color per category, then a cutout of the shape like a single color cutout of a header next to engine category.
i'm a bit of an artist myself so those are the very first things i look at smile.gif

Would you think it'd look good if the main catagories on the left side were silouettes like you mentioned, and when you scroll over them the go from the chosen color, to a flash of white, then fade quickly to the actual picture how it is now?
I think that'd look cool. I think http://www.grounddynamics.com has their site set up that way. They are also a good example of the type of cool flashy layout that we're looking at come April.

i'd agree with the silhouettes but no flashing, maybe changing color! here's something close to what i had in mind. perhaps a little more simple a monkey would be able to understand. so like if you want to look for an engine part the picture next to "engine" would be one of these:

the grounddynamic website looks a bit overdone, and the flash overused. music or sound clips are a bit lame. look at phorqs website www.phorq.com, that's really done well. yours could be like that but vertical perhaps like a racing game menu such as need for speed.

i like it chris. hopefully youll get to start selling stuff and making some money off your hard work. cant wait for the next version to come out!
hey if youre still trying to push the gk cf hatches you should get it up on ebay. i just came across another seller on there selling them for 1200 plus shipping and i think you were cheaper than that.

Who's the other seller??? Do you have a link? I believe nobody else has a mold for these right now, so I have no clue who could be selling it unless its one of my customers. Thanks Eric!

WHO own's the lancer at the top of your homepage, business cards, banners, etc? Is it just random, or does it have any significance.
