OK, my next question would be do you have the overlays to use for production? And do you need OEM fenders to mold them to or fiberglass fenders? I have a brand new OEM RH fender, never painted (Original got messed up) along with my stock LH fender. I'd have to test fittment on another tib of both probably just to be sure they would be kosher, but if it is simply a matter of you needing OEM fenders to mold the widebody to I could send you mine. But like you said you may be able to use the fiberglass fenders you already made. And if you need the widebody overlays did Tibbychick ever sell hers? Cuz I would really love to see this thing happen. If it takes too much longer I'm considering taking the fenders I do have and molding some 03 gills in them.

You know... It would be interesting to see if anybody still had some original widebody fenders that fit well that they would be willing to part with for a mold in exchange for a new set along with some angel eyes or vent haloz? wink1.gif

So, how much for the turbo kit? Will you include a FMIC? Going to have different levels?

HAHA, just kidding... had to play off of JAWS.

Chris,

Like I mentioned, I plan on getting the Wide Body Fenders + the VDK. Will it rub or cause problems?

Will you make compatible fenders for us Vertical Door people?

How could I do you wrong man, C'mon? LOL, yes that is a VERY good question.

Here's how it will work. I'll bring the fenders, along with anything rick gives me, like the flare add ons. I'll bring all of that, only after the fenders have been tested on a car. The reason I think it may be better to use my FG fenders, is they are already compliant with the VDC. What I need to do, is have the fenders modified so that the top of the flare comes in and smooths out a bit sooner than it does now. I can tell you that's one of the reasons they never used MY car for production. My fenders look like they'd hit, or come toooooo damn close to tell.

So I'm making the adjustments without sacrificing looks, and they'll fit HOT with Carbon Fiber and a vertical door kit if need be.

Hows THAT for the Soup Jaws!!!

You know what guys. THIS is what I'm going to do. I'll just let Rick keep the fenders and not have worry about them at all. I hate to say it, but I'm thinking this will end up costing me too much if I dont get any of the cash for the products??? I just must have missunderstood the proposal from the beginning. It could have worked out before I guess. I'm just in no rush to be in more debt. My wife would kill me. So this is what I'll do. I'll sacrifice MY personal fenders for you guys. That means they'll be the 4 gilled fenders, not 3 gills. I'll have them cut off (they are molded to the side skirts, which are molded to the frame of the car) and trimmed until only the flare and addition to the OEM fenders is left. That means I'll not have to worry about them fitting, because we'll make use of expensive ass mold for the OEM fenders which fit perfectly now. I can always ghetto chop my old version 1 carbon fiber fenders for now to have my car not be naked. Screw my car anyway, lol.

So thats what I'll do. I'll cut them off today, and just take them down for the mold. This is as fast as I can act. And for your guy's sake, I just want to do it before I think too hard about it.

Pray!!!

B R A V O ! ! !

That's the way to solve problems.
If you want something done right, do it yourself.

Two thumbs up, Chris!
