I have sent you a number of PM and e-mails. I just want to see any progress in my refund. We could work something out if you want.

I heard from him today. He is working on it and said it should be wrapped up in a couple weeks. I know Bill (KFX) was working with him also to get this settled so we still have some hope.

FlyRyde will not be taking orders temporarily Today, 09:03 AM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Due to long overdue orders, or refunds that FlyRyde owes to some member here, and on RDTiburon.com, we're going to focus 100% of our efforts to THEM, which means we'll be suspending sales until we feel confident in our progress.

This means lots of money lost for FlyRyde, but its to show in good faith, our commitment to the customers who have waited on us, while we're taking care of other new orders. If you are a newer customer, and you want to order something, dont worry too much. This suspension of sales, is not going to be a long one. If anything, rest assured that the company is undergoing an update of our website, to ensure streamlined ordering when its back up, and no more company onslaughts brought about by overdue orders.

Unfortunately, not everything went so smoothly with this company after we started really developing our software. Time devoted to development takes away from time posting on forums, answering calls, emails, PMs, etc. So for now, we're going to make sure that we handle the obvious issues. There are two of them. 1. overdue orders/projects 2. software

The first of these issues stemmed from production costs from new products that ate up any profit, and therefore any cushion of money incase of problems. When problems arose, nice and simple, we were screwed. This happened with the CF Hatch, as well as the CF Diffuser. Both of which are now available, yet, 3 diffusers are still owed to the first customers, and time and time again, the CF hatch has problems in sales because we dont keep them on hand. We're fixing this issue by getting at least one or two pieces in stock for all CF FlyRyde products, such as the eyelines, hatches, diffusers, etc.

The second issue is actually the biggest issue of all. To understand the weight of this single issue, you first need to know about why we're here on the forums, and why we're making products for Tiburons in the first place. Tiburons are were it all started for FlyRyde, and as the company began to mature we saw the potential of the overall market, selling parts for Acura, Honda, Nissan, Mitsu, Scion, Toyota, etc. In order for us to be confident in any kind of marketing strategy, sales, customer service etc. we knew we'd need a killer system in place. So during the past 4 years, while we've been on the forums, and dealing directly with you guys, we've been building the real company in the background. The company that operates streamlined through our software that we developed ourselves from the ground up. So any parts made, or products sold while we've been here on the forums, has really just been something to make at least a TINY bit of money to keep things moving.

By no means was THIS ever the plan, to be working hour after hour to go back and forth with each customer 4 or 5 times before their order was placed with our suppliers, or manufactured by FlyRyde. It has been a very neccessary, and very integral part of the future of FlyRyde, but never has it been the whole picture. During this time of growing pains, there have also been a few hard blows to the company when manufacturing had set backs, long delays, and even defects. Also, when companies that supplied us either stole money, gave bad info, or even flat out went out of business, we were left to pick up the pieces, which has showed with issues we had with companies like Hotshot Headers, or Sun Automobile.

Knowing that this time of development was only temporary, you should also know, that we've completed 95% of the software, and are at least loading up what we have completed for now. And meanwhile, the issues that we've caused here, or screwed up on flat out, we're taking very seriously, making moves at any cost to make right any wrongs we've caused, and until we're satisfied with some big progress on that, we're just not going to be taking orders. This frees up lots of time to just handle the little beasties we've created, till they're all gone. At the same time, FlyRyde's database is being poured into with products for every make and model car you can imagine. New companies are being added up, and we'll be ready to really START the company, in the coming months. We'll of course still help out the Hyundai and Kia crowd, as very few companies do, but we'll have the source of working capital we need to really move forward.

So by far, we're not down and out, but in our temporary stage of development on our software, we just need to clean house a bit. We'll be back shoving amazing deals down your throat in no time, so dont worry, and plus we'll be fueling the community at least by our monthly contribution to NT.com. If you have a question, go ahead and just PM or post in our forums like normal.

Thanks everyone!

This was posted on NT today fellas. Thought Id post it over here incase you guys dont visit there
