The wipers themselves?
Easy.
There's a little clip under the wiper arm. Follow the wiper arm back until it curves underneath, and look fo rit. Push it and it slides right out.

yeah, there are no screws. You need to push (sometimes pull) small plastick lock and push wiper blade towards the windshield. But before that you need to turn wiper blade so that it will form T letter (blade with wiper arm).
^^^^ i painted mine flat black. i dont like the wipers to stand out anymore.
when i first got my car i painted them yellow and my car was red. after time i hated seeing wipers.
id rather you not notice the wipers at all now.

I've had mine off for about 2 months now, and I think it looks soooo much better without them.
I just recently found out that it's illegal to not have any on your car. Makes sense, but it looks so much better.
