Sort of. However, even under 40, just the weight of the water droplets, or even doing over 25 will help. If you're just bumper to bumper all the time, yeah, would be a slight issue.

I've used rainex before, and this stuff just doesn't even compare. Rainex is like glue compared to this stuff.

i used to pick up this pastey wax stuff from jaguar when i worked there



probably worked like the stuff you mentioned, but you still NEED wipers if you plan on driving the car on the street
