Default Who makes better paint PPG or Dupont?

Which paint manufacturer is better? Having some things done to the car and I have the option of going with either PPG or Dupont. Wish I could afford House of Kolor but that price tag is way out of my range unfortunately. sad.gif

Both are pretty durable. PPG paint is what most body shops use. Dupont is a little more rare to find these days, as they are getting more and more out of the automotive segment and staying with their roots of home interior/exterior stuff. It may be diffifcult to find the right shade of paint if you go with Dupont only because of how rare they are in alot of body shops. PPG should be fine for a regular daily driver. If you were doing a full all out show car...then I would save up and definitely go with HOK when you can afford it.
