Wash Mitts - Guide to buying, post up your thoughts here on types
Heeeeeeyyy everyone, I wanted to start a topic revolving around wash mitts and what each type of wash mitt is good for (pros/cons)
Synthetic Mitt
Pros: durable, fast drying, cheap, holds dirt well, easy to wash
Cons: semi-abrasive
Sheep-Skin Mitt
Pros: non-abrasive, holds dirt well, durable
Cons: LONG dry time, molds if not dried properly, difficult to wash, expensive
Microfibre Mitt (never owned, i'll guess)
Pros: non-abrasive, durable
Cons: doesn't hold dirt well(short knap), expensive
I used the Synthetic mitts on the tires, rims, windows, Sheep-skin only touch the body

I dont know what kind of mitt I have. Its just one I bought at autozone. its really soft and does a great job. cheap too. i think I paid around $5 for it laugh.gif I never let it touch the ground though. im paranoid about rocks scratching up my paint. sad.gif
