Where do I start?
A strut bar mounts between the opposing strut towers. The purpose is to reduce the flex that these towers experience during hard cornering keeping the wheels in position which helps keep the tires in the desired position on the road. This will help to improve traction on the turns. A front strut bar should help to reduce under steer and a bar in the rear should help to reduce over steer....got all that?? haha
Edited for pic: Notice the red bar going from side to side under the hood....that would be the strut bar

and also, try not to double post. if no one has responded, edit your posts to make one....people like REDZ hate that. lol and...someone else will have to give you a time frame on the resonator mod...but, i don't think it will take longer than 10 mins. all it is, is like 4 10MM bolts

Max, 1/2 hour on the resonator.
If you want to be real creative, go to Home Depot and get some dryer duct, and run it from the opening of the air box, and hang it just below the front rad support, it's not a real CAI, but it'll help.
If money is no option and you want some better handling, definetly get front and rear strut bars.
BUT, if you want to really change your handling dramatically, get some sway bars! That's the stuff!
Best investment I've made to improve the handling. Oh yeah, the Eibach springs and struts help too.

Oh yeah here's a pic of the front strut bar, so it gives you an idea:

AEM makes the best CAI for a name brand but there are knockoffs on Ebay that are pretty much the same if you wanna go that route.
Don't forget the center bar, it also makes a huge difference.
About the Z3 side Markers, I couldn't find them. I'll look tomorrow and see what I can find.
