so i came up with an idea last night. i dont know if its crazy or cool but i thought about having the gas tank door shaved completely off. then putting the opening to the gas tank either behind the tail light, or somewhere inside the hatch. i know alot of hot rod owners do stuff like this.











this would be cool too. inside the door jamb

 

It's cool, but seems like it would be more costly then it's worth.

 

Not a bad idea, but how much money will this cost to do?

 

better off just putting it inside of the trunk

 

The Bel air is stock like that =P learned that the hard way when I had to fill up my grand dads lol walked around the car 5 or 6 times before the ass told me where it was.
