The ONLY urethane kits on the market right now, that I know of, is the Wings West for the Gen1, and the APC kit for the Gen3.
Urethane is usually black or blue, plastic like material. If impacted, it will flex, worse case, scratch. The scratch can be sanded out and re-painted.
Fiberglass is usually white or light blue. If impacted, it will flex very little, then crack. If cracked, it can be repaired, but repairs are not easy/cannot be done at all shops.
Fiberglass kits are usually about 1/2 to 3/4 the price of urethane kits. Urethane kits have double to triple the mould costs of fiberglass, so they are MUCH more expensive to get started, but once started, they are cheaper to produce labor wise, and cost/materials wise. In general Urethane kits are more "consistent" and fit better than fiberglass kits.
[edit] I think the erebuni version of the Club GTR kit is urethane.
