yea, i have a black tib and i want to put some tints on it as soon as it starts to warm up around here. Im thinking about either 25% all the way around or 25% up front and 20% in the back. i wish i could see what 25% looked like so i could decide how dark it looked on our cars.
Anyone got any good pics of 25% or 30% tints?

I am tinting mine... as soon as I get the body done and the 3rd brake light out of the rear window.. then I got to replace the glass to get rid of the holes that Hyundai drills through it to mount that light.. then I can tint.

Honestly though, Shark2, even if its legal for you to go darker, for the purpose of trying to match your tint to CF, don't go lower than 20%.
that sounds good...i still wish i could see some examples, i find a lot of cars online with tint but never what percentage they are

you know... here is a thought. As tinting is one of those jobs are are easy to make look REALLY bad... so everyone should have them done by a professional... why not take the car in to get an estimate and ask them what precentage would get you the exact colour match you need?
It can be done.. back in the early Seventies Zagato built a one off on a Lancia drivetrain.. when you looked at the car.. it appeared to have no windows. The windows where there, but tinted gold and then the body of the car was painted to match the tint perfectly.
