Hey!

Well I've received my knock-off 2-pillared Shark spoiler & I'm toying with the idea of having the middle wing-part painted black & only the sides matched to the car.

Kinda like this...

Bearing in mind that my car is actually a dark metallic blue colour, does anyone reckon this'd look stupid?

I think it would look good with limo tinted windows. fing02.gif

i think it would look out of place.

any picturs of the knock off? you might just be better off getting the whole thing painted. i think that will look the best!

I'll second DTN. With dark windows it'd look nice. Maybe you could get a carbonfiber overlay? That'd be sweet especially if you have any other CF stuff like a hood.

^ No CF on my car.

HKC, I hear what you're saying but I've also been looking into maybe getting some of these "skirts" if I can find some ABS ones...

Also, I recently removed most of the chrome mesh from my bumper as it was a little too bright for my liking (I've got black mesh to replace it all once I get a spare minute to do it) & I'm wanting to add a few black accents...

With silver mesh

tell you what, take the spoiler off all togther, step back, and look at how sexy your car looks with nothing on its ass. you may want to reconsider putting the shark spoiler on at all.

yeah, my friend's mom down the street has a stock spoilerless midnight blue rd1 with old 16' Z rims. it looks hot as hell. look for photos of mad-machines old tiburon.

i have to say, 2000-2001 tiburons look great spoilerless because they have that molded addition. i think all 2000 tiburon spoilers look like they just don't belong at all and were just added on there for the hell of it 02.gif
