Which Spoiler????
I am moving onto the next adventure with my car and that is getting a aftermarket rear spoiler put on.
I just dont know which one to go with??? I have a 2K Tib so any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated!!! I have been leaning towards the Evo6 Rear Spoiler from SR, but am not sure if I want it now...have heard so much bad stuff about it the past couple of weeks.
A couple others that I like are the Kombat Spoiler and the Scorpion Spoiler (the high ones like those that are on an Eclipse). I know both will fit on a 1st Gen Tib but will they fit on a 2K Tib???
Like I said any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.

The Kombat Spoiler is not very high at all. I have it, and it's the same size as the stock Shark Spoiler. There's just no center pedestal. Check out www.factoryspoilers.com They sell all the stock Tib spoilers, and a couple of custom ones. wink.gif
I didn't see the Type-R spoiler or even the "standard" spoiler (the one specifically for the Tib at least) on factoryspoilers.com... there's some universal spoilers, but they don't look that much like the stock one...

Do you have a wing on our car now? If you do, I take it that you have just teh basic stock one that comes with the car. In that case, I'm not too sure if the shark spoiler lines up with the stock one. If it does, you'll definitly have to drill new holes for the center pedestal. Otherwise, if the wing doesn't line up at all, then you'll have to take the stock wing off, have the old holes filled in, and then drill new holes for the new spoiler.
If you DON'T have a stock wing on your car, then all it consists of is getting any spoiler you want, lining it up on your hatch, drilling holes, and mounting it on. Good luck! wink.gif smile.gif
