Hi, long time no see everyday. I was really busy in college ~_~

Anyway, I just got Plasma HID headlight and installed it. Unfortunately, they are high beam bulbs... so it's almost useless since it's not good to use high beam bulbs in the street.

So I'm wondering if there is plasma HID headlight for low beams.

yes, they do make HID lights for the low beams, in fact they make HID lights for almost every light on your car( back-up, marker lights, liscense plate lights) if you have a 2000-2001 tiburon i believe the low beams are H7 size, but your local parts store can tell you exactly. and if the tiburon isn't in their books, just take out the light and show it to them. just be careful when you install the new headlights, dont touch the bulb with your skin. the oil from your hands can greratly shorten the life span of the bulb.
