it says,
"we are sorry for ignoring your questions,
and your disappoint about us, please understand because we are too busy to think about business in KOREA.

WE have talked about this, and finally we decide to sell through BOKYUNG (this is shop name in korea) and SHARKRACING (YE!!) will sell our kits and we are going to answer to the foreign people.

Yup, that was me!

It was something called a Hail Mary. Sh!t I can't even spell korean let alone read or type it but I posted a message about wanting to buy the Turby Evolve kit and damn! a day later I get an email from BM Motors, quoting me a price and after Christmas I should have the total cost with shipping.

Damn it's like Christmas oh yeah it IS Christmas!

 

yeah i have been talkin to this guy roh from bm motors. he said shipping to philadelphia would be 289 and the whole kit would be 880 bucks. the front would be 336, the back 336, and the sides 304 bucks.
there ya go

 

thats it,,,, just $880???? damn i think i will want one....

 

880 is pretty much the standard price. but I'd be weary of the 280 shipping to philidelphia. in addition, to the 880, these are the prices that need to be factored in when importing kits:
1. wire transfer free of payment - 50 dollars
2. packaging from Korea, and shipping to Los Angeles Port - usually 150-250 dollars.
3. Customs fees 44 dollars
4. Shipping from LA port to domestic address 150-200 dollars.

 

Yam Are you saying we should doubt anything less than $475! Christ I could fly over and pick it up for less!

I got the same info from BM Motors, his math wasn't quite right, my shipping would be $299.00 total:

The 50 dollars for the wire transfer or international money order is on top of everything, you will have to pay for that. customs, they could include that in the shipping price, or else you would have to pay that upon reciept of the shipment.

even if the 289 included only shipping to NY and to your door, Id like to talk to them, because thats crazy cheap.

 

cybergreg keep us posted in what happens with this.
as personally i would like to get the Ixion kit myself very soon.
any contact you'd be willing to part out for me so i can ask some questions myself?
