eek.gif Wow! That's surprising considering 2 things...it was on HIS OWN property that he got cited, and the fact the car wasn't running. Who's to say that a police officer can't come in your driveway at home and cite you for the same thing, or what if you're at a car show? What would stop a police officer coming into the show grounds and citing you for neon or strobes?

The only thing I can think of is that this car was parked on the edge of the property, near the street. Thus other cars could have considered it on the road. Just a guess. It still doesn't seem right to me. If you are on private property...you should be able to do what you want!
