Default Random or Boogy need help with hood

Hey guys i have my zefrio hood on and i noticed all of the sudden it is rubbing on the top of the plug cover and it has eaten through the first layer of the hood so i took the cover off and it was all good for a week and now all of the sudden its rubbing the very right side of the engine block. Its rubbing on one of the support bars is there anything i can do to stop this. sad.gif

Did you re-install the rubber gaskets from the front edges of the stock hood onto the new hood? If not, do that first. Without those, air can get under the hood and cause it to vibrate up and down, causing it to hit components. With those rubber gaskets in place, it should form a good seal. The gaskets will also allow the vents in the hood to function better.

Loosen the 4 bolts that hold the hood on and pull it forward (towards the front of the car), then re-tighen the 4 bolts.

Washers in the rear where it mounts to the hood hinges might lift the hood a tad

Last option...height adjustable hood pins.
