IMO custom paint job is a waste of money, you should consider gettting custom vinyl graphics.. that way you can peel em off when you get tired of them. Im getting some reflective ghost flame vinyls on my car when/after it gets painted.

Custom paint job right here. I have 2 gallons of brand new paint sitting in my garage as we speak. CHROMALUSION BABY!!! I got a fantastic deal through some friends and I was able to get the paint pretty well discounted. I have both color combinations.

- Blue/Purple/Green
- Orange/Red/Purple

I'm doing the exterior the O/R/P combination, and the interior with the other. I'm gonan have alot of the interior combination left over, so I might do some small things in the engine, maybe paint my amps, and new fiberglass box with it also.

You'll deffiantly have to post some pics when you get that paint on. How much does that stuff normally cost if you would have to buy it?

This winter when the car is in Hibernation. That's also when I'll be installing and molding my body kit, shaving my handles, turn signals, and hatch key hole.

It's one of the most expensive paints out on the market today. It will run you anywhere from $300-$600 for just a QUART of it. I was able to get both gallons for about 60% off regular price. It's also one of the hardest types of paint to shoot. Since the color is constantly changing color on you, it's hard to see any imperfections once you start to wet sand. Every small inch of the cars body has to be fealt by hand and wet sanded that way. And even then, it can be hard to tell. But if you have the patience to shoot it, and the Benji's to buy it..then go for it.

Leftside Ryder (or anyone else who may know) I heard you mention you're getting "ghost" vinyl graphics on your car. Where can you get these? I know there are graphic places online, but I've never seen the ghost graphics. Are there any online shops?

TibRacer...most Vinyl Graphic or Sign Shops in your area should be able to do it. It's just custom vinyl that they have or can order, and it's cut to your specifications right there. It'll probably run you some money, but at least you will be able to get it done in your hometown, and installed by professionals. Look in your phone book for them, or just drive around. Just stop in, let them know what your thinking of doing, and they can give you an estimate right on the spot.
