May I suggest the new Chysler Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat? It shouldn't be too expensive. The metallic should hide some imperfections, and it looks damn sexy. If I ever get my GK tib and put on the mussa widebody I plan on painting it that color.

Here's what it looks like on a car

Here it is up close.... not the best pic

There is also Alsa Metallic Black and Titanium gray. They do not have a pic of the black, but here is a pic of the titanium.

You also have the option of putting a pearl into the clear coat, or several other effects. Check out some of the things alsa has to offer for special paint effects that work great with a black base. I love the prisma effect. Very expensive though.

Here is their site
Alsa Corp

I'll be using their Metallic Midnight Purple very soon here.

Depends on what you get. I'm just using a styling basecoat. All the special effect stuff is what costs money. Also, I found a site that hase Alsa paint for a little cheaper so I'll be ordering from them. www.kustomrides.com

*chokes on intake of air*

Damn thats f%%kin hot! Definitely lovin the orange... but orange just isn't me... =/ Besides blue hair with an orange car? I don't know about that one lol.
I think I found what I'm gonna do. It's one of the special base coats from alsa. That, and maybe a cool clear coat, like a pearl or something. Wanna try to keep it as close or less than $2,000 as I can.

BTW what body kit is that? Is that Invader? It looks like the kit I was supposed to have, where it's like a veilside except it doesn't stick out 20 feet in the front lol.

Get a slightly darker shade of blue than the stock cobalt blue, looks amazing on a tib (see my sig wink1.gif)

even though that's not my car anymore (my cousin's now) lol, i still love to look at it.

If it were a first gen i would say red (wonder why? look me up on myspace under Ruben Gomez) but being second gen i would say blue. I cant really see it looking too good in any other color... My paint is strange. The guy who did it lives in WPB, FL charged me 600$ for all body work and paint. Paint has a strange effect of being a darker metallic red in the bright sun but a very bright "rally red" in the dark. I know red hasnt been brought up, but a dark red on a second gen would prob be badass. Now that i think about it i remember seeing some chick on here or on cardomain with a SICK red VS 2nd gen. My 2c.

I think I found the paint I want. It's one of those special alsa paints.

Those are the ones I was looking at. Except it would be blue/black.
