Yes, those specs are perfect.
As for the Rings, if they don't come with the rims, they are cheap, like $30 or so Canadian.
You can pretty much get them at any tire shop or Crappy Tire might also have them

You sure $900 with tires is a good deal? I'm on really slow internet, so I can't really search for how much they go for, but I know MR7s go for $520 new and shipped in 16inch size. You can probably get the rims new with fresh rubber for the same price I would think...?

srry i put up prices of my thing and they didnt come out in a nice form, to underline my hubcentric kit cost 15$ that was the main point, anyone who knows HTML could have just taken the code to see the nice table version of the stuff.
