you paied all that money to have the kit put on the car, just to take it off and paint it. i don't get it, or did i miss something.

bryce the shop may have had to do some modifying to get the fitment perfect, and as for the mounting the shop attached im guessing some weatherstrip and made the necessary holes for some screws/fasteners.

although, if i were you I think I'd leave the painting to the pros and take the mounting on myself wink1.gif

looking good, i wish i had my owen personnal garage. but i live on the 24th floor ahhhh.. but it looks very good. i would roll with brother demitry on the euro tails. that would set it off fing02.gif

 

They had to modify the front quite a bit to get it to fit right. Otherwise i would have done it myself. Also while trying to fit the sides part of it started to crack a little bit so i just let them handle it all and i painted. Yea it sucks but i didnt want to ruin a new kit paint can be done and redone body parts are another story!


Thanks! When we started looking for a house that was the main thing i HAD to have a garage! believe it or not there are alot of ppl around here that convert thier garage and well i didnt need that and wanted my garage space! I will def be getting some different tails soon. Gotta pay off some other parts here and ill start getting the rest finished.


Ill be finishing up the rear end mouting the new custom tag (license plate) lights and painting it through the week and should be done by sat. Cuttin it close being i have a show to attend on Sunday! HA oh well. Will post more pics soon!
