it would not only be a bad idea to do.. prob get hassled by cops for not having operational lighting. youd get all kinds of crap funneled into your intake, really goofy pipe routing and filter location to get it to work..

just all around gay..

remove stock fogs, get AEM, and get some nice aftermarket fog lights..

or, do like OZ did, and make a subtle cut in the side of the fender, and paint the mesh the color of your car.. put some molding around where the cut is and itll look good..

OR... you could make a small duct vent and have it come under the front bumper and route to the AEM filter.
