i want to make my bright lamp into a intake vent. how difficult would it be to do this??

and has anyone on these boards ever attempted/completed a mod like this??

 

Is that just on the one side? If so, I get to say it first - FUGLY!!!
Getting bugs and all kinds of good stuff in there too.
If you have to go out the front, go down lower, like by the foglight or somwhere around there.

 

thats a bad idea, you'll probably get ticketed for it, do the fog light hole one if you must.

 

It'd be a pain to do right & unless it's on a full track or drag car, it'd look pretty stupid. I saw a crazy supra once that had one of those scoops in one headlight & even it looked a bit gay.

 

^^^ yeah a hood scoop like a suby one would look way cooler and be much more effective... of course it would be alot more.

 

i have fog lights in my rd2 so that wouldnt work, i guess i would have to look into maybe a hoodscoop. thanx for the input

 

so..you're saying you're willing to cut up a headlight, but you won't remove the fog light? lol...

 

^^lol, I didn't think of it that way, personally I like the rd2 stock bumper better without fogs and the tabs cutoff than with the fogs.

well i like the stock fogs and i would give up the headlight because its sick lookin to me at least
