could always run through origonal door raceway/conduit, zip-tie wire to outside tube, and run through door jam through weather stripping... you'd only see it when the door is opened. I ran sterio wire similarly it works fine when door is closed on it for 6 months now. I have recently grommeted holes for wire when i actually get around to re-arranging my sterio wires.

Take off your door panel and run them through that little passage. YOu might have to drill a hole in the bottom of the mirror cover thingie though. I didn't really look at it when I had my panels off last summer.
