i dont think hot glue would be the best choice. you are MUCH better off with liquid nails, and some zip ties. hot glue doesnt always hold the best,

but duct tape, oh man, definately. wink.gif

tibby there are different kinds of glue you can get for use in a glue gun. I just dont know if Liquid nails would be safe for use on the bumpers. plus you'd NEVER be able to get the grills off again (w/o breaking the bumper) if you use it......that may be a good thing, but could also be bad.

y did you cut the tabs off??? or did you... i might have mis read...

when i did mine... i pulled all the metal tabs off (this is a PITA) and just slid the plastic grilles off... then cut the new grilles to shape and cut little slits where the slits on the old grilles were... slid the new mesh grilles over the tabs and was good to go.... i dont quite understand why you are making this harder than it is... explain more as to what you have done so far

you can use paint thinner to take off liquid nails. it softens it right up. maybe i do need to get a stronger hot glue though.

yeah i did cut them off, but saved two, did it along time ago went i unstalled my underbody neon. Anyway, it turns out i didnt use hot glue, i just used the tabs i had and a bit of inventing. But it still worked great, took me and a buddy of mine 4 hours to do the front and back, turns out u gotta take off both bumpers and the back really takes awhile, anyway looks sick expecially with my neons shinning threw, i might post pics, i dont usually.
