fiber glass type r bumper
DIY!
Its a very small area so you shouldn't have a problem glassing that up yourself if you have experience in the field.
If not a body shop should be able to help you out at a reasonable price.
It is what it is and will cost you more in the long run to have the company or shipper make it right.

Awww!!! I shipped mine all the way from England and it arrived unscathed! UPS > Fedex anyday.
It looks like it was mishandled/tossed. I would imagine it being a PITA to send back and deal with the people who throw things around. It would make the most sense to get a shop to repair it as well as paint it together at once. I ripped mine on a curb and I thought mine was done for but I've had a shop rebuild it and it looks like new.
I'm sorry to hear this news, but I'm so happy and glad that it's finally in your hands! Is this from Flyryde?

yes this is from flyride. after some modifications to my bumper support i have got it to fit quite nicely altho i still need re fiberglass the mounting hole on the passenger side.
that really bothers me that i had to trim off the lower supports of the bumper reinforcement for this damn thing to even fit right.
i have done several bumpers with the same problem before the cast just wasn't quite wide enough in other cases. Where the bolt hole has to go its just to close to the edge. (no biggie)
But i will be able to fix this for about 20 bucks so its no problem. idc im out 20 buck im just glad i got it, but really in the end its worth every penny. pictures soon.
drunk at the moment so keep in mind the spelling grammar

what are your first impressions?? are you getting your car sprayed or doing it yourself? i can't wait to see the final product. i glued a nice plastic gutter mesh (the aerodynamic kind) behind the opening on mine, seems like it needed it. it looks hot.
