Yeah, 'd consider them rice. Doesn't ruin the fact that I think that they look good. As long as it compliments the car. For example, for my blue tib, blue angel eyes.
As long as you don't go overboard, a little rice is acceptable. I kinda have to agree with DTN. Go one for one.
And +1 to socks' opinion on wal-mart stick on stuff.
As well as stickers, I can't stand stickers (or decals) on cars. I prefer a cleaner look.
