I llooooooooooove my HIDs on the sonata.
What I hate... Furekadntards that have blue tinted brights that run with them on to "mimic" HIDs.

The way I see it HIDs are only rice when they are the deeper blues/purples. It's like "look at me, I really don't care about visibility or longevity, I just want to look like a douche."
Or SUVs with the hard yellows to match their fogs. a.) You can't see 2 feet in front of you with those b.) Congrats, you own a BMW X?. You're better than me because you can lease an 18mpg truck and still only manage to haul a pair of latte's at best.

After looking at all these posts it has me thinking of getting HID's for my Sonata. So far I have only found complete kits (balasts, harness, bulbs) for the 2011 Sonata in the $100 - $200 range though. Any hints where I should be looking?

DDM Tuning or DiodeDynamics
$35 from DDM or $80 from DiodeDynamics
Diode Dynamics is a site vendor here with great customer service (contact member Paul J McCain). Several members have purchased from DDM Tuning before with no complaints.
The Sonata SE doesn't have factory HIDs?

The Kdm Lights from korea have the same plug, on the back of the housing and operate the same but.. they run a H1 style buld for the low and High, more light output, no need for Hids. But yes the stock set here in America would require a 9006 buld, but the glass lense set from korea run a H1 style in the low beam projector!

That kit looks identical to every other HID kit.
If you'd like, I'll charge you $170 for a Diode Dynamics HID kit.
