I was just wondering if there is a way in an RD2 to shut off the Corner Lights and daytime running lights (inner head lights) while driving? I know that when you have the e-brake on while parked they are off but I can't find a way to have them off while driving around.

well.. illegal in canada.. but you know that already. I think you can pull a relay under the hood to make them go out... or if you are really clever, you can wire in a switch to your handbrake and with a flip of it, turn off the lights

I wouldn't do it, this way your BRAKE bulb on the gauge cluster will be constantly ON. That's not good IMO, cause same buld report low brake fluid level.

Yeah no doubt. I know it is illegal to drive without the corner lights on in Canada, but you can drive without Daytime running lights during the daylight hours can you not???

yeah I know, but older cars never had daytime running lights. Only the past few years they have started making them standard with daytime running lights.

there's a grey box looking thing next to the battery like kayJai mentioned.

you'll need to remove battery to see it. it's hidden in the fender.

I've never been pulled over, it's been half a year since i disconnected it

does someone know how to do independent fog lights or corner lights for RD2s?
