Default Can a Swiffer duster be used on paint?

I searched and didn't find any posts on using the Swiffer duster on the exterior of the car, in lieu of a Cali duster or other such detailing tool.

Anyone know if its safe??

I second this.. I would love to know, as my car is extremely dirty from not being able to drive it, and this would make it that much easier to clean.

I wouldn't. The swiffer duster is pretty much like a rag. It will scratch up your paint and leave swirl marks.
