I have already basically created a widbody look for my Tib. The rear 'splines' have been molded out, so that the top of the quater areas roll right into the fenders.In the process of getting rid of those hideous contours, it ended up looking more wide.


It's not 100% finished.Still need to even out a couple spots and then have it painted.Right now it's just done in brownish-red primer.

It is wider then stock.It just doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.

My plan wasn't really to make it wide, just to get rid of the splines. I put the pics up here because a couple guys on the first page had mentioned something about removing the splines to facilitate a wide body look, but they didn't think it could be done, or didn't know how it could be done.

Maybe it's hard to tell in the pics, but it does appear wider, at least from the rear of the car.The rear pic I put up came out too small.Maybe I'll put it back a little larger, so you can see what I'm talking about.
