A bird crapped on the hood of my car, and when I washed the car to remove it, it scratched everything. There's 3-4 small scratches that are white-ish in color. I assume they are just clear coat scratches. I tried Meguires ScratchX since someone posted about it in another thread, but it didnt really do anything. The scratches went away when I applied it but after it dried, the scratches came back. Is there anything else I can do? Please help. I hate how this looks and I'll try anything. I dont have a polisher or DA so its something I have to be able to do by hand. Thanks guys.

 

take a page from roald dahls "mr twit" and glue the branches..i ran over 2 pigeons that didn't want to fly away from their deaths.
