mine is 5% in the rear and side quart windows and 35% on the sides. There is no way you can see in to the car with the 5%. i tried getting upclose and all i see is blk shades. I have a tinted broadway and i can see fine at night. Its just parking that sucks.

QUOTE (fonseca @ Apr 11 2005, 03:16 AM)
I'm going 50% front and quarter panel windows, which would still put me below the limit in VA since our windows have a few % tint already, according to the tool the last cop that pulled me used to test.

I've been pulled at least five times in my Tib since October, but haven't received a ticket yet. Ridiculous. I'm perfectly legal but every cop must think they can find something wrong.

I was thinking about buying a precut kit for the windows, and applying it myself. I did the rear window already on my own with a heat gun, and it turned out very nice, just one small wrinkle, but no bubbles. Summer's almost here, and I need to keep the interior cool once I install my car pc.

you must be doing something wrong. i know guys that run 35% and never have any trouble. hell i even know one kid who has some tint on his windshield (very high %)

I have .5% the darkest they have! I love them, I think they look great on my silver tib. I do not have problems at night but I am used to them, my boyfriend on the other hand hates driving my car. I only have them on the back 3 because thats the limit here. They make tint so you can see out more than you can see in, so you can go pretty dark.
