alright let's stop using this as a post to whore in.... RD1's seem to be lagging slightly behind the RD2's (naturally).
In my opinion... both cars are ugly as sin in their stock form... but I only realized this after converting to a non-factory body. I'm sure some out there would agree that after going with a body kit, you'll never go back. But, as for chosing one over the other... 2nd gen is better for interior (leather seats and nice dash) and the 2nd gen is better for styling looks (angel eyes look better and body kits look better) but if you're doing something like NightShark... a custom blitz kit is something that a 1st gen can pull off that a 2nd gen can't. I gotta give props to the RD1 for looking so amazing.... also, custom hoods look nicer on the RD1 (such as blackTibs).

It is also natural for eh RD1 to lag... At least where I live there were a LOT more RD2s on the road than the first gen. I RARELY see another RD1 on the road.. but I can pass one or two RD2s each day.

Personally.. the RD2 is too "busy" for me.. unfortunatly Majik, while your kit does look nice.. it is FAR too "busy" for me.

that's a common response to my car from other Tiburon owners... but personally... I love it. My car is meant to stand out and grab the attention... and it does. Most of it is positive, but every once in a while there's a rice boy hating on it (not calling you a rice boy, im talking about local people). To each his own wink.gif

oh no.. I give you credit for doing what appears to be an excellant job with it (I have not seen it in person, so I cannot fully comment) and I would never put down ANY car that was well done. Just not my style.. it is yours and I can respect that.

aight.. lets see..
headlights - RD1 over RD2
tailights - RD1 over RD2
spoiler - RD1 (SE spoiler) over RD2
interior (dash) - RD2 over RD1

well i guess the only thing really that bugs me about the RD2s are the headlights.. i cant seem to accept them and liek them.. but other then that.. we are brothers RD1's and RD2's.. and im gladd to have RD2's as our brothers.. but screw the GK's... amen..

The Gk is a nice looking car.. you can't take that away from it. If I wrecked my tib today.. I would be caught between a GK and a Mini.
