That's the PROTO package. It's not a kit. It's a body modification. It will cost you an arm and a leg to get it, $7k US I believe then maybe another $3k to modify your Tib.

Eh, not too keen on the rear fender mods on that blue Tib that Dope posted...

BUT...

I NEED THAT AZZ! Anyone recognize the body kit? I WANT THAT REAR BUMPER.
