Sorry for the hotlink... but anywayz, are these from the cooling system then? has anyone tried running cool water thru these? can you remove them and tie them together to keep your TB cooler?

Yes, do a search. They are actually heater lines for sub-zero temperatures to keep your butterfly from sticking. You can unhook them both from the throttlebody, remove one completely, and loop the other back to the engine where you removed the other.
