Yes.
But MAYBE talk to Focus, and see, Maybe if they install it, they maybe a little lienient.
But I dunno, You'll have to talk to Tom or Harvey or Randy.
Depends on the dealer.
But if they go by the book, YES, it will void it.

It will ONLY void the emissions warranty and the warranty on the exhaust itself.

my hyundai service manager told me that as long as i keep the cat on there, there won't be THAT mutch a problem. Because it'll be in a gray area. but if you remove your cat and set off your CEL, then warranty is gone ;(

and he's being very leanient, you might want to ask your service manager and get written proof that your warranty won't get voided. incase he gets fired and your car goes boom.
