i have checked and the level is fine i did that first , its also clean as i chaged oil and filter about a month ago.

If it's a ticking sound, most likely your HLAs (Hydrolic lash adjusters)
Nothing to worry about, if you must, try to do an oil flush next time you do an oil change, the flush is basically like diesel fuel and cleans it out, drain it and put in new oil

never heard of (Hydrolic lash adjusters), is there a different name for this, over here in the U.K there is somthing called tappets that can be adjusted on most cars, also you say do an oil flush what does that invlove i thought that would have been the oil change.
