What is this TB part/switch?

I swapped my stock TB with a bored one... the bored one didn't have this switch and now I have a hanging wire. Does anyone know what this is?

thats the old auto tranny switch to tell the idle bypass valve to turn on, if your 5 peed or newer auto ( 99+ ) you don't need it.
