They don't look like engine intake cone filter cuz the pipe is so narrow. My guess is for the idle sensor intake. Instead of taking air from the intake pipe, use these breather filter directly.

It says it all right on the web page, "breather filter". Its exactly that, it is an aftermarket crankcase breather filter, or as it is more commonly refered to, "PCV" filter.
