i just bought the act street clutch and im thinking of getting a lightweight flywheel but im not sure?? which flywheels are good and will they hold up for many years like the oem ones do?? also will they give me a hp gain or make me quicker off the line?? my car has 90000 miles on it so should i even just keep the stock flywheel and get it resurfaced?? im worried that an aftermaeket flywheel will be too lightweight and flimsy?? also will any alluminium flywheel for an 01 tib work wit any clutch kit?? also, tell me what transmission gear oil is best (redline)??

thx

Redline MT90. And a lightweight will be nice and would work fine for you. Any flywheel will work with any clutch kit as long as its the right crankshaft diameter. 99-01 are 41mm I think 97 and some 98s are 35mm. Or the other way around, I always mix it up. Someone will clarify.

I'll I can say along the flywheel line is don't get the chromoly one on ebay. Other people have had good luck with them but mine was a piece of junk and it's not a isolated problem. Seems to be luck of the draw.
