What about it? Looks like a 12lb flywheel to me.

I think I'm gonna try their clutches. $209 for a stage 3 is a pretty sweet deal.

chro-mo is stronger than aluminum, but heavier. Unless you plan on going over 400 WHP, the aluminum flywheel (fidanza) will be lighter and last just fine.

Considering the price difference between this unit and Fidanza... I it won't hurt, it just won't be as light as the Alumnimum unit.

Just make sure you get the RIGHT flywheel for your engine.

I don't think the Fidanza is that far off from the 12lb. Either way, they are significatly lighter than the stocker.

For the price, I would get it anyways. I paid a crapload for my Fidanza.

I'll try to weigh the stock one.

The Fidanza is an 8 LB flywheel. Course I bought mine from Mike Fidanza at SEMA 2003 for 200 bux. tongue.gif

Never heard of them.

It's sorta funny that they are JDM Clutches direct from Japan.

irregardless of the catchword they are using as a marketing tool. Face it.. "JDM" is a hot term right now.. it is nice to have a choice. While the Fidenza is a MUCH lighter and probably better flywheel.. is it better for the street? Probably not. 8 pounds is a real easy flywheel to stall. 12 pounds gives you a little more leeway when it comes to moving away from a light.
