What can you use to clean the MAF sensor?

Default What can you use to clean the MAF sensor?
Went to autozone and they were all out of the stuff you use to clean it. So Im wondering what else can you use?

Rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab. Carefully blow any cotton fibers off when you're done. I prefer to use aerosol MAF sensor cleaner though.
