No. Not possible.

There is a front mounted cat that is welded on to the stock exhaust manifold. You would either have to replace that cat, or cut it of, and have exhaust flanges welded on to it. You would also have to have both o2 sensors relocated, which would require at least one 02 sensor hole being installed which, again, requires welding.

In theory, a complete exhaust kit could be manufacturered. Headers, o2 wire extenders, new high flow cat, tubing with all o2 sensor holes welded in place..etc..etc.. but the cost would be so expensive (mainly due to shipping) that no one would be able to afford to buy it.

Lasty...exhaust sound is fairly personal. Some people will want a resonator to cut down on noise, others will want no resonator and lots of noise...the only way to reasonable accomodate all versions of tiburon and all personal tastes is to let people build their own custom exhausts.

 

Brullen has and can adapt their Elantra exhaust to fit the headders, complete with cat, but it's damn expensive since they only make on order. Some have bought the headders and gotten Speedstate or kore cat backs, then custom fit a cat between the 2 ( including the wiring etc. ). A custom job is still best and most expensive actually.
