Are pulleys good or bad

Many posts on this, do a search. For the most part, if its a daily driver, its not recommended. If you want a race car go for it. Issues with properly powering to AC, stereo, etc. I thought I had seen it can give pretty good gains.

It's not a great idea for a street car; it's a "good" idea for a welter-weight road racer; and Unorthodox has actually come out to say it's a BAD idea on high-powered engines.

So, if you're going for the ultimate in middle ground wink.gif then an underdrive pulley is good. Otherwise, get the 5HP from something else, like an intake manifold.

Red I like my pulley sad.gif yes I an't use a 300w stereo and my lights dim when every thing is turned on and my 200 w stereo is on max but then again I almost have every thing on my ride, that extra .1 sec of my 1/4 was worth it smile.gif but yes pulley is after intake, exhaust, manifold, headders etc, and only if you wish to stay N/A
