Default Titanium or Fiberglass Heat Wrap??

Im going to be wrapping my header. I've read up somewhat on heat wraps (the whole crack and pre rust things) but i dont see the issue if you evenly wrap and seal the wrap itself.

So my question is which wrap to get -- the titanium (lava rock) or fiberglass wrap??

the titanium says you dont have to soak it pre-wrap and it is more pliable, plus it also looks cooler and is only like $5 more... I have never used either of these materials and was curious what you guys had to say.
