Get a kit of CD-2 engine cleaner; comes with 2 spray cans, one degreaser and one clear coat. Does a very, VERY nice job. Stinks a lot though, and don't do it in your driveway wink1.gif

We don't seem to have them anymore up here, but I heard they are still avalaible in the US.

/Edit: seems like it's discontinued 02.gif But should still be avalaible at some places: http://www.midwayautosupply.com/detailedpr...iption.asp?1079. I think I'll order one, this stuff works really good wink1.gif I miss it.

ok, so after u wash it, using chem. or water.....wouldnt you have to geese it back up?.....thats a lot of work 02.gif.

^^^ No, as long as you cover all of your electrical wires (or remove the battery and let it dry Completly before re-installing it).

i used engine degreaser on my car and it stained my intake and header

It wont hurt, but you might have white calcium deposits tongue.gif: Same thing (with wires/battery). If you wanna get rid of the calcium, wipe what you can dry with a cloth.
