Hmm, I personally wouldn't put any of those "mods" on my car, or on my lawn mower. I would save up the money and get some other mods, i.e. CAI, BBTB, Exhaust, Pulleys.. stuff that by them selves will not make a huge difference but, put them all together and they will help our cars perform a little better. Just a thought. If those mods really gave our engines an extra 10hp, I would definately have it in my car, just makes me wonder why no one has posted that they have that mod on there car. Just a thought.

That's what I wanted to find out if anyone else actually put any of these mods on their car and if they worked at all... I personally also would prefer to invest in real engine and performance parts. I already have the Brullen Cat back exhaust, OEM CAI and I'm looking into some Pulleys and maybe headers, what do you think about this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...&category=33630 30 mins to go, but there is more.

What do you have under your hood ?

I like those headers, I have heard them on 2 different Tiburons. The owners really like the how is smooths out the power range. But they have on major complaint. After you install these headers, you will "buzz" Kinda sounds like a Honda. Do some more research on HP or HA, I am not sure if they changed the design to stop that, but it is kind of annoying. But the price is right. smile.gif

Under my cars skin:
Dynomax cat-back exhaust, Magnecore wires, NGK v-power plugs, AEM cai. All those little mods gave it a little more power, but more than anything it runs smooth. I have taken my CAI off for the winter, I bought a pulley, it is on its way here, over the winter I would like to get a BBTB, and install all the new stuff in the spring.

Same here, I race all summer in Solo II events in the Maritimes and finished 1 in my class and second overall in points in my club. Finish second in the regional behind a Lexus 300i and I want to kick his @#$ next year so, I'll be bying performance parts all winter. Are you aware of a rear strut bar for the Gen 1 tibis, can't find one? What pulley did you buy and what BBTB are you looking at so far ?

I have an unorthodox ss pulley on its way, like this one, but i got it for cheaper from djnevamind http://www.speedstate.com/Merchant2/mercha...EY&Store_Code=S

I am waiting and hoping for a group buy on the 58-61 mm BBTB from K-spec. perhaps after christmas that will happen. And I am pretty sure that K-spec has rear strut bars for your car too, check it out. http://www.kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=37&ai_id=316

If you are solo racing, you could look into Eiback Sway bars, they are a huge help in keeping body roll to a minimum, I am probably going to pick up some of those from Speedstate over the winter as well.
